Fishmaster of Slightly Lesser Intelligence

Never seen without his life jacket and stupid expression, the
Fishmaster of Slightly Lesser Intelligence was born to a couple of
'pinheads' in a traveling side show circus. As a young child he
became friends with the other Fishmaster, but disappeared during a
circus tour in Mexico. Years later the other Fishmaster took a
vacation south of the border and found him running with a pack of
feral Chihuahuas. After a tearful reunion, the Fishmaster of
Slightly Lesser Intelligence joined his friend to become an official
Fishmaster. It has been noted that the Fishmaster of Slightly Lesser Intelligence seems to get dumber each show, but in episode #033, Back To School, it was determined that he is not getting dumber, but has had a momentary surges of intelligence in past episodes. One theory is that lack of Fishmaster Brew combined with jerky treats for dogs creates a strange chemical reaction which produces temporary reasoning skills. The surviving family tree of the Fishmaster of Slightly Lesser Intelligence is vague.
